How quickly will I get a reply?

Support emails are typically answered within 2 business hours during our working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm EAT). For privacy and legal requests, we respond within 30 days as required by law.

I found a security vulnerability. Who do I contact?

Please email security@pesaly.co.ke with a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it. We ask that you do not publicly disclose it until we have resolved it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.

Can I request a refund?

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Kenyan consumer law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@pesaly.co.ke within 7 days of the charge with your transaction details and we will review it.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your account directly in the app under Settings → My Account → Delete Account. If you need assistance, contact support@pesaly.co.ke and we will process the deletion for you.

I have a feature idea. Where do I send it?

We love hearing from users. Submit feature requests using the form on this page and select "Feature request or feedback" as the topic. The most requested features go straight to the top of our roadmap.
